Mr. Aaron Lee Brown, 46, of Mooresboro, passed away unexpectedly on Monday, October 1, 2018.
Aaron was born on February 11, 1972 in Burke County. He was a veteran of the U.S Army, where he served as a Military Policeman, and was awarded numerous decorations, medals, badges and citations. He was formerly employed in Asset Protection with Wal-Mart Distribution for 16 years. Aaron loved the outdoors, animals, and especially loved to camp, fish, hike and cook. He was a loving son, brother and friend and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
Survivors include his parents, David and Sharon Brown of Morganton, his biological mother, Vickie Lowman Jay of Rutherford College, one sister, Lesley Brown Alderman and husband Danny of Valdese and one niece, Gracie Ann Alderman. Also surviving is an uncle and aunt, Fred Steven Brown and Karen of Glen Alpine, numerous cousins, aunts and uncles, his a former wife, Deana Brown Woodby.
A celebration of life will be held on Friday, October 19, 2018 at 6:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 6:00 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service.
