Mr. Edward Jacob Roe, 19, of Morganton passed away on Wednesday, June 5, 2019 at his residence.
Eddie was born on July 21, 1999 in Akron, OH. He was employed with Seiren North America, and also worked part time at Zaxbys as well. Eddie enjoyed comic books, video games and music in his spare time. He was a loving son, brother and friend and will missed by all who knew him.
Eddie was preceded in death by his grandfather, Edward Roe.
Survivors include his parents, Nicholas and Cheryl Owens of Morganton, three siblings, John Roe and fiancé Kristan Norman of Cullowhee, and Sean and Shea Owens of the home. Also surviving are his grandparents, John and Carol Bailey, and Robin Roe, his aunts and uncles; Kristen and Dirk Emrick, Jackie and Chris Temming, Rick and Kim Owens, Terry Owens, and Leona Roe, and his cousins, Nick, Justin and Kayla Mahoney, and Bailey and Blake Temming.
Funeral services will be held on Monday, June 10, 2019 at 3:00 P.M. in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service with Rev. Jon McDivitt officiating. Interment will follow at Burke Memorial Park.
The family will receive friends on Monday, from 1:00 until 3:00 P.M. at Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese.
