Hunter Lee Watts-Teague, 15, of Hickory, was a fun loving , happy, amazing boy who always had a smile on his face. He loved to make others laugh. He was born July 17, 2003 and he gained his wings at his residence on August 15, 2018. He completed the eighth grade at Ardnt Middle School in Hickory.
He is preceded in death by his great-grandfather, John Mark Watts; and a brother, Brandon Teague
He is survived by his parents, Melissia Watts-Teague and Paul Neel Teague of the home; sister, Megan Lowe and husband Joseph "Tyler" Lowe of Caldwell County ; brothers Noah Keith Watts and Paul Neel Teague II of the home; sister Amber Connor of Catawba County; grandmother, Debra Watts; great grandmother, Hazel Voles Watts; grandparents, Bill and Carolyn Hicks; two nephews, Keagan Taylor and Raylan Lowe; two nieces, McKinley Faith Lowe "Monkey" and Addilyn Grace Lowe"Addi"; aunt, Keisha Duvall and husband Kenny Duvall; uncles, Chris Watts and Phillip Teague and wife Karen Teague; aunts, Mandy Linder and her husband Ron Linder, and Donna Moose and husband Wade Moose; cousins Cody Duvall, Dylan Duvall, Kaitlyn Duvall, Christopher McKinney, and Cameron McKinney. Also surviving are many other cousins.
A Memorial Service will be held at 3:00 PM on Monday August 20, 2018 in the Chapel of Heritage Funeral Service in Valdese, with Pastor Fred Thompson officiating.
