Mr. Wesley Sion Hart, 30, of Asheville passed away Thursday, October 25, 2018 at his home following a period of declining health.
Wesley was born December 21, 1987 in Burke County. He worked as a mechanic.
He was preceded in death by maternal grandfathers, Cecil Phillips and Joe Humphries; paternal grandfather, Melvin Hart; and uncle, Robert Coffield.
Survivors include, his mother, Sandra Phillips of the home; daugher, Addyson Haymore of Asheville; brother, Eric Sigmon and wife Brandy; nephews, Thomas Powell, Jake Powell, and Mason Sigmon; maternal grandmother, Lucille Humphries; aunts, Pam Bridges and Husband Jeff, and Nancy Young; and uncle, Greg Phillips; cousins, Lindsay Shoemake, and husband Charles, and Hillary Kline and husband Scott; father, David Hart; and paternal grandmother, Ophelia Hart. Also surviving are special family members Kristen and Evan Hicks; and Jean Allman known as his "Momma Jean".
A memorial service will be held 5:00PM Monday, October 29, 2018 at Cornerstone Baptist Church with the Rev. Jeffery Carpenter and Rev. Dustin Camp officiating.
The family will receive friends prior to the service on Monday from 4:00PM to 5:00PM at Cornerstone Baptist Church.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to Heritage Funeral Service at 1507 Main St. E. Valdese, NC 28690.
